Job Position:
Plant manager of our self service location individual must be a highly motivated individual. LKQ Self Service is a division of LKQ Corporation, the nations leading recycler of automotive and truck parts with locations across North America. LKQ is a medium sized publicly traded company (LKQX). Applicants must have at least 5 years of managerial responsibilities including financials and 3 years experience in the automotive industry or in the scrap metal manufacturing industry.
Basis Requirements:
. Must be a strong leader with good organizational skills
. Basis accounting skills, P&L, annual budgets
. Knowledge of the automotive industry
. Highly motivated with great customer communication skills
. Multi tasking ability, strong and clear decision maker, a goal oriented individual
. Basic computer skills (Windows, Explorer, Outlook)
. Multi lingual a plus
. All applicants must have a clean drug screen and back ground check prior to hiring
